School Year Enrollment
Our school year program is in session from late August- early/mid June each year.
This program currently serves children between the ages of 1-5 years in a group of 8 children with 1 teacher. Ratios are maintained within our group, limiting the number of children in each age range, to meet licensing & accreditation standards.
Children may enroll with us for full time (5 days/wk) or part time (1-4 days/wk) care between the hours of 8 am and 4:30 pm.

Each day includes ample time for child-led play, snacks (am & pm), lunch, rest, and outdoor time.
The HAPC program is designed for the needs of young children- giving them a predictable rhythm and routine each day partnered with the freedom and power to choose their own daily activities.
Our environment is intentionally planned and created so that children always have a variety of open-ended choices to explore- music, art, dramatic play, construction, movement, literacy, science, life skills, sensory play- it’s the child’s job to choose.
Ms. Sarah is with your child each and every day that they attend- from drop off to pick up- to get to know them deeply, support them, and build a strong and lasting relationship.
Summer Enrichment
In the summer months, we offer a limited, part-time, program. It is everything that happens in our school year program- just set in summer time!

We often have openings in our summer program while some of our school year children are enjoying time with their family.

Enrollment for Summer 2025 coming soon!
All care & learning at Hundred Acre Play Care takes place in a single, multi-age group of up to 8 children.
We believe strongly that it is important for children to have opportunities to be BOTH the youngest and oldest in a group of learners. Our youngest learners are always observing and developing ideas from their oldest friends and the oldest children have opportunities to develop leadership skills and practice caring for those younger than them. They are equally important ends of a spectrum in our little learning family.

Our school currently has just one qualified and experienced teacher- Ms. Sarah- who is with your child from arrival to departure each and every day they are in care. The consistency gives everyone a feeling of safety, routine, and the opportunity to develop deep relationships based in love.
