Enrollment Process

Families enroll in care at Hundred Acre Play Care for a full school year. Re-enrollment happens each spring, with our current families offered enrollment renewal opportunities before new families. Our care takes place in a small and stable group of children, which means that new openings can be infrequent.

1. Complete our application to apply for an available opening OR to be placed on our waitlist to receive ongoing email updates about future openings.

​

2. Families on our wait list will be asked to review our policies and welcome to visit for a Meet & Greet Interview with us when a space is available that meets their family's needs (child's age, schedule, etc.).

​

3. Multiple families may interview for high demand spaces and openings will be filled based on the best fit for the program and current group of children.

​

4. When families are offered a space, a completed contract and tuition payment is required to reserve the opening.
